This summer is turning out to be a real scorcher. With the weather being so good, guests are really enjoying relaxing on the farm or making the most of the moor, coast and cities that are close by.
We’ve enlisted the support of some of our guests and Mrs O in da Shed, who provides our activity and colouring sheets, to make you wish you were here. They are taking The Cottages at Blackadon Farm postcards to their favourite places and sharing their pictures from their trips.
Over the summer, we’re sharing their pictures and ideas for your stay on our instagram and facebook posts.
So far there have been trips to Dartmouth, which is regularly voted as Britain’s best coastal town, through to what we call our back garden – Ugborough Beacon on Dartmoor which is just behind the farm.
We’ve featured traditional days out at the seaside and coastal days at Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City.
Whenever you stay with us, there’s a huge choice of things to do, although some guests also like just relaxing on the farm.
